In no shape or form do I have Bieber fever, but damn. He came to the Pepsi Center and he conquered. Going into the show I had no idea what to expect but leaving the concert, I had a whole new

For those who haven’t listened to Purpose (probably because you’re a hater), I highly recommend giving it a chance. You’ll be surprised to see features from Travis Scott, Big Sean and Nas as well as bangers such as What Do You Mean, Sorry and Where Are U Now.

Starting the concert out was Post Malone and you already know he ran through all 6 or 7 of his songs that he has out. He also performed White Iverson twice, which had the crowd singing along to every single word. It’s crazy to imagine that this guy was a relative nobody at this time last year and now he’s opening for Justin Bieber and has a feature on Kanye’s The Life of Pablo album. Life is indeed crazy.

As soon as Post Malone departed the stage, you could sense the anticipation for The Biebs. there was nothing but screaming women of all ages just to see this guy. Once the lights cut out and Justin’s voice was heard, I thought I went deaf with the eruption of cheers and screams.

I’ve been to over 75 concerts in my life and I can say that the way Justin Bieber came on stage was very unique. He was lifted above the stage in a clear cube. He then disappeared and came out to his smash hit “Where Are U Now” and had the crowd absolutely rocking.

Since it was the official Purpose Tour, he went into more songs off of the album. For “Love Yourself,” he had a velvet couch come out of the stage and proceeded to serenade all of the women there while playing guitar. He then went on to do my favorite songs, which were “The Feeling,” “No Sense” and “No Pressure.” The last two songs feature verses from frequent collaborators Travis Scott and Big Sean. I was happy to see that he let their verses play on while the music videos were playing on the big screen. Bieber then went into his previous work and performed “As Long As You Love Me,”

After about two whole hours of watching Justin Bieber absolutely rip the stage, he performed smash hits “What Do You Mean” and “Sorry.” Anytime these songs come on, you cannot help but feel the beat in your body and dance along. Once he performed “Sorry,” he was doused in water and proceeded to get every part of the stage wet. It was absolutely phenomenal to watch. I’ll leave you guys with this: If Justin Bieber ever comes back to Denver, I highly recommend getting tickets and watching him put on a show.
